We ship UPS and offer the following shipping methods:

*3 Day Select
*2nd Day Air
*Next Day Air
***We ship using UPS because each package can be tracked. If we ship USPS and the package is lost there is no way to locate the package and we can not refund any money back. If you are still interested in having us ship a package by USPS please call us or when you process your order make a note in the comment box. Also state that you (the customer) knows that the package can not be tracked and if lossed we are not responsible***
Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. No delivery to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical street address. Please include unit, apt., and space numbers.

Our merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund up to 30 days from the date of the original shipment. Must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Items returned for refund are subject to a restocking fee.
Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund provided it is in new condition, in the original packaging. Orders that are refused upon delivery, or marked "refused", "return to sender", or "undeliverable" will be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsbility of the customer.
After 30 days, all sales are considered final!
